The registration fee includes:

The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the seminar can ask directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Method of payment
All payments should be made in EURO (€). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
– Credit Card: please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with “BILLET WEEZEVENT-COMMERCE ELECTRONIQUE-FRANCE DIJON” on your credit card statement.

The fees are stated in EURO including French VAT.
